The Heusler Exhibit

Dr. Ernst Heusler was a doctor in Posey County, Indiana, who ran a post office out of his home and office from 1893 to 1903. During his run as postmaster, Heusler also served as a stamp dealer, creating and mailing high quality covers to the US and overseas.

A number of these high-quality covers use stamps from the Trans-Mississippi series, including scarce usages of the high-value stamps.

Provided here is a .pdf of the Dr. Ernst H.C. Heusler, Postmaster two-frame exhibit, which includes several of these covers.
